A core belief I've held since the beginning of practice in 2001 is that as a doctor, providing good medicine is a "C" grade. After completing medical school and residency, it's expected that you provide great medicine. Providing an exceptional, "person" focused experience plus quality medicine... That's the "A" grade. Having been a patient myself, I know what it feels like being shuffled through the volume based practice model. So we took that, and flipped it 180°.
