What You Need to Know About College Investigations

This webinar will explain how the COCOO makes decisions regarding investigations of registrants, and how those decisions can be challenged.  The objective is to explain how these proceedings work, with a view to providing practical advice and tips for dealing with these matters.

This will include Inquiries, Complaints, and Reports Committee (ICRC) decisions,  Health Professions Appeal and Review Board (HPARB), and Applications for Judicial Review.

A partner in Torkin Manes LLP’s Litigation Group, Robert’s practice encompasses all facets of health law and professional discipline. His work is exclusively focused on advocating for regulated health professionals.
