ABOUT THE PRESENTER
Ali Nasr-Esfahani – M.D. (Iran), D.Ch.
Ali is the CEO and lead chiropodist at Orangeville Foot Clinic, bringing a unique blend of medical expertise, research, and technology-driven innovation to patient care. With a medical degree from Iran, a Master’s in Molecular Genetics from Sweden, and research experience at McGill University, he transitioned into chiropody, completing his studies at the Michener Institute in 2018. He moved to Canada in 2013 after living in Sweden for four years while completing his master's degree and working at Linkoping University.
Beyond clinical practice, he has a deep-rooted passion for technology. Starting with computer programming, he has expanded his enthusiasm for AI, focusing on how it can save him time, improve his productivity and creativity, optimize healthcare workflows and enhance patient outcomes.
Ali is a former OSC board member and is an active member of the Ontario Society of Chiropodists. He advocates for AI adoption in healthcare and is at the forefront of integrating technology into podiatric practice.
