Job Description / Duties

- Perform assessment, provide differential diagnoses, treatment, health education/counselling and other primary clinical foot care activities to the full scope of Chiropody practice and according to the College of Chiropodists of Ontario
- Provide thorough and timely foot care for our clients
- Perform detailed biomechanical assessments, prescribe and modify custom foot orthoses.
- Committed to ongoing clinical education, training and upkeep of administrative items
- Daily completion of patient charting and documentation.
- Make referrals to internal and external services and advocate on behalf of clients as appropriate
- Participate in occasional team and staff meetings
- Maintain competence and licence to practice as required

Qualifications / Required Skills

- Completion of Michener Chiropody D.Ch program or equivalent.
- Successful Registration with COCOO.
- Has own E&O Insurance.

It not familiar we are happy to train you in procedures you are not yet familiar with.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is a great communicator, self-aware and eager to learn. At our clinic, collaboration between practitioners and the exchange of new ideas is encouraged. Our general hours are 11am - 6pm during the week and 9 am - 4pm on weekends. There is some flexibility on days and hours that can be discussed upon successful hiring.
